We work with the latest technologies available. Our projects are built in 3D, using BIM systems, taking into consideration all phases (from conception until maintenance) and merging architecture, structural engineering and MEP into a single model in order to minimize mistakes and reduce construction times and maintenance costs.
We also manage the construction site management with our own mobile app, keeping record of what happens every week. Moreover, this way clients have direct access to all the information available at any time.

Hotel technical advice
Our office has extensive experience in hotel consulting, offering advice on the feasibility analysis of investment projects for the purchase of assets for conversion to hotels or hotels for reform and subsequent exploitation. We also offer advice to other architecture studios and developers in the development of projects, controlling the quality of their operations, finishes and facilities, guaranteeing correct quality standards and the correct and efficient hotel operation.

We have special experience in the development of surface and age certificates with geo-referenced location for the regularization of data in front of the cadastre and property registration. In turn, we issue certificates of habitability and process the obtaining of habitability certificates.

In addition to making interior design projects at the forefront of design, we offer the interior design service as a complement to our architectural projects in harmony with the projected architecture and preferences of each client, providing added value to our projects. We have interior designers of vast experience in each of the branches of architecture developed by the studio to achieve excellence in the result.
Building surveys
We prepare comprehensive reports on the conditions of the buildings, analyzing their legal and constructive situation, highlighting all pathologies detected, as well as their causes and repair proposal. The report is complemented by an estimate of the costs to bring the building to its ideal state of maintenance. These reports are specially prepared to advise potential buyers of immovable properties, since they efficiently describe the current situation of the building from a legal and technical point of view and quantify the needs to bring it to its optimum state.
Real estate advice
We advise real estate agencies and individuals on the legal and conservation status of real estate, as well as its market and mortgage value, providing the necessary knowledge about the purpose of the sale. In this sense we offer: energy certifications, appraisals, as well as Building surveys, Due diligence and Risk reports.
